Am 12.11.1985 wurde von der Deutschen Bundespost eine Marke "40 Jahre Eingliederung heimatvertriebener Deutscher" verausgabt. Dies in Fortsetzung der Marken "10 Jahre Vertreibung" und "20 Jahre Vertreibung." Wiederum wurde die Marke in Ländern des Ostblocks als revanchistisch betrachtet und entsprechende Sendungen mit Stempel oder Aufkleber aus den Empfängerländern zurückgesandt. Auch die Bundespost brachte meist einen Stempel oder Aufkleber an, der auf die "ungerechtfertigte Beanstandung eines gültigen Postwertzeichens" hinwies.

An der Ablehnung der Marke betailigten sich: DDR, Polen, CSSR, UdSSR, Bulgarien, Mongolei, Afghanistan.

On November 12th, 1985, the German Federal Post issued a stamp commemorating "40 years of integration of Germans displaced from their homeland". This in continuation of the stamps "10 Years displacement" and "20 Years displacement." Again, the stamp was considered revanchist in countries of the Eastern Bloc and corresponding items were returned with a postmark or sticker from the recipient countries. The German Federal Post also usually affixed a postmark or sticker indicating "unjustified complaint about a valid postage stamp.

The following countries participated in the rejection of the stamp: GDR, Poland, CSSR, USSR, Bulgaria, Mongolia, Afghanistan.
